Version 2.0.2 Release Notes

Version 2.0.2 Main Features/Changes.

  • Added a new function to Merge the associated records of two separate service users, usually in preparation to delete one of the profiles which is a duplicate.
  • A new Accommodation or Support record can set the Used To Date; a separate Finish operation is no longer required.
  • Added a new File Association button linking each user’s profile to a specific Excel spreadsheet (for Risk Assessment work)
    (Note: any Risk Assessment spreadsheets which existed on July 1st 2014 were linked and uploaded to the system in the state they existed on that day)
  • When creating a New User, a linked Risk Assessment spreadsheet is also generated and pre-populated with relevant service user information data taken from the database.
