  • Identify previous residents at Check-In.
  • At Check-In, Identify when there is possibly legacy financial data to be imported and send an email alert.
  • Allow All Services selection for Individual Arrears for RM Admin only.
  • HB Status moved from User Profile to SUD RM Weekly Room Allocation.
  • Additional colouring in Weekly Room Allocation form dependent on HB status.
  • HB Status is maintained for moves within the same building and reset if elsewhere.
  • Detect multiple services, rooms or claim reference errors in HB Import before allowing Commit.
  • Other minor changes
    • Fix Weekly Charges remaining enabled and blocking future weeks when there are no residents.
    • Fix and improve Mutex handling to detect multiple instances.
    • Add a user message on entering a duplicate voided NI Number when creating or editing a Profile.
    • Arrears up to date, initially set to the latest Ledger Payment Date, if beyond today’s date.
