Version 3.0.6 Main Features/Changes

  • Add Arrears information to Accommodation records. Arrears only enabled if an End Date has been set.
  • Add a File Catalogue feature, primarily for storing process and procedure documents, with configurable Categories.
  • Add a form to manage File Catalogue Categories.
  • Send a warning email when a new Alert is set for an Incident or when an existing Alert’s text is changed.
  • Added Moved To field in Accommodation Edit which populates the Move On form Accommodation Type.
  • County and Country are automatically completed when a Town is selected. Likewise the list of towns is restricted if County has previously been selected.
  • Add Manage Non NH Accommodation button to manage the Accommodation autofill address list.
  • New form listing deceased service users who died between two user specified dates (default to this year) and showing the recorded cause of death.
  • New System Configuration form to manage system wide settings.
  • Accommodation and Support Type lists have changed and support services have been recategorised accordingly.
  • Other changes
    • Fixed Other service types being reported in NH Service Usage query and then causing Error #91 when SUID clicked.
    • Removed (Other) service choice when Accommodation type is New Hope Accommodation.
    • Incident and Contact Finish Time defaults to Start Time.
    • Dailylog displays Created By and Modified By information.
    • In DailyLog report, +/- keys inc/dec the report date for improved navigation.
    • Improved SysAdmin screen response to network outages and Error#3043.
    • Prevent File Association or Picture image changes before a new user is assigned an ID.
    • Reworked User Profile duplicate ID and duplicate NINumber detection and recovery.
    • Use temp files for TnC Printing and clean up user’s Tmp folder on startup.

  1. There is a know issue with Accommodation Edit when the Moved To selection is left blank. This launches the Move On Form and causes Error#3162 “You tried to assign the Null value to a variable that is not a Variant data type.” There is no adverse effect of this error, the End Date and Reason Left information are correctly saved.

    This is fixed in the next release.
