Tom Lockley found the first RNA bug whereby whilst running an RNA Export, it is possible that the window expecting an OK click to acknowledge completion is left behind, or masked, by other windows. Thus it is impossible to click and continue.

The situation can be replicated but the exact circumstances remain ambiguous. A fix has been applied but will not be released until the official v4.0.0 software.

In the meantime, v3.0.10 BETA Programme users and anyone using the v4.0.0 Training BETA software should do the following to recover form the situation.

Press [Alt] and [Tab]  keys simultaneously to cycle through all your open Windows applications. The first press should refresh and “release” the hidden acknowledgement window but if not, cycle through all your open applications and back to SUD with repeated [Alt][Tab] key presses to do so.
