When opening a Contact to Edit it, a completely different and unrelated record is displayed in the Edit Contact form. This has ONLY been identified in Contacts and started occurring after 11:18:35 on Saturday 12th March 2016 affecting ONLY New Contacts created afterwards. Other Contact functions work as designed i.e. [New] & [Print] although the Administrators [Delete] function is also exposed to this behaviour.

There is no work around solution. However the root cause and a resolution is identified. An emergency patch (v3.0.11) and subsequent releases, provide a fix.
