Version 4.2.5 Main Features/Changes

• Add System Admin access level.
• Adjust enhanced privileges between Admin and System Admin access levels.
  • Add help on the access level required when access is restricted on Switchboard and elsewhere.
• WBC Report has an option to report on RSPS and/or RSIT.
