- DailyLog Report changes
- DailyLog now reports the room occupants Vital Information if it exists.
- DailyLog has some extra Sanctuary and NHH navigation buttons to simplify change of Service.
- Also an added Memo button to turn memo reporting on/off.
- Click DailyLog SU number to go to the room occupant’s profile.
- There are a number of interface enhancements and corrections made to improve reading and ease of use.
- User Profile now shows an alert if the service user was resident in the Sanctuary Night Shelter or Transition Service within the last 28 days, replacing the Sanctuary Transition Service Client Database.
- The application now has an InActivity timer which will quit the application automatically after several hours of user inactivity.
- The “Terms of use NOT agreed” alert is de-emphasized by only showing the “Read Terms of Use” button.
- When an Alert is set on the Alert Text is now mandatory in an Incident report.
- The Accommodation and Service Tabs display whether a move on is Planned, Unplanned or Neither/Neutral.
- Contact and Incident tabs have new Print buttons to print the currently selected Contact/Incident report.
- A user’s profile cannot be deleted or set InActive if they have an Alert set ON, even if the Alert End Date is in the past.
- After an Add New User is created, their Profile will be launched ready to input their Accommodation, Support and other details.
- User Profile Detail has a Reason for Homelessness field displaying how the service user became homeless.
- Fixed ordering by Used To date on NH Services Usage form.
- Typing the Enter Key <CR> in either Advanced Search text fields will open the profile of the first listed entry.
- Changed Software update process to circumvent a specific User Account Control (UAC) blocking issue, particularly with Windows 7 and a recent Microsoft Security Update.
- Improved the handling of date and numeric fields when the +/- keys are pressed.
- Added a row highlighter to each tab/subform to indicate the currently selected record.
